志村睦彦 Mutsuhiko Shimura
1972年東京都生まれ。日本料理の調理師時代に、うつわにひかれ陶芸を始める。愛知県窯業高等技術専門学校卒業後、瀬戸の長江惣吉氏に師事。中国古陶磁の発掘などを経て、2004年東京都青梅市にて築窯。宮岡麻衣子とともに花月窯を開く。
Born in Tokyo in 1972. While working as a master Japanese chef, he becomes entranced with serving bowls and takes up ceramics. After graduating from the Aichi Prefectural Ceramics High Technical School, he apprenticed with Sokichi Nagae from Seto. Participated in excavations of traditional Chinese ceramics, and then constructed a kiln in Ome City, Tokyo in 2004. Opens Kagetsugama together with Maiko Miyaoka.
