鶴見宗次 Souji Tsurumi
1967年東京都生まれ。愛知県常滑にて作陶。
原土にこだわり手びねりでうつわを作る。豊かな土の表情が滋味深く、食材の色を美しく映すうつわは、使ってさらに育つ素朴なよさがある。黒の肌合いは最初は小石まじりの手ざわりだが、使いこむことで風合いが変わってくる。
Born in Tokyo in 1967. Ceramist based in Tokoname-shi, Aichi. Forms pottery by him hand, adhering to using natural clay. His works evoke lushness expressed by the richness of the clay material. His utsuwa brings out the best colour of the food that it is plated with. His pieces have a rustic feel that matures with age.
