Born in Shizuoka in 1976. Ceramist based in Shizuoka. Studied under the ceramist, Taizo Kuroda. After becoming an independent, mainly created black works characterized with beautiful form and deep shades. In recent years, white porcelain with its unique texture has attracted attention. The white porcelain with iron glaze is his original style which is a fusion of black and white.
